NEW
FOR 2012:
Predictive Parameters™: A New
Predictive Tool in Applied Astronomy™
Description Follows After The Image

BACK
TO 2012 ANNUAL PAGE
Developed by the author and
based on a lifetime of clinical experience in both personal consulting /
counseling, and forecasting in the geo-political and financial arenas,
Predictive Parameters™ are the latest in innovative cutting edge forecasting.
Each week of Predictive Parameters™ are arrived at through a careful analysis
of the constantly changing astronomical alignments. Each weekly set of seven
parametric indices quantitatively lays out the foundation for the tensions and
balance between the underlying forces that set the stage for the kinds of
actions that will ultimately occur in that weekly time frame.
While there are a myriad of
forces that influence the direction of both natural and human events, it is
ultimately the balance / imbalance between the various forces that creates the
tensions which drive the ever changing adventure of life. Seven basic indices
have been carefully chosen as the basis for Predictive Parameters™. Note that
some indices have several names which are sometimes used separately, and, at
other times, depending on circumstances at hand, simultaneously. They are:
1.) Anxiety / Excitement
2.) Continuity / Frustration /
Stability
3.) Love / Affection /
Disaffection
4). Volatility
5.) Cash Flow
6.) Communications
7.) Sentiment (Optimism /
Pessimism)
The Predictive Parameters™
are quantized in a range from minus ten (-10) to plus ten (+10), and are
displayed as a set of weekly bar graphs, making the information easily
accessible to all, including those who have lost the ability to read anything
other than text messages. Although not generally the case, the Predictive
Parameters™ may be both positive and negative simultaneously. An example of
this would occur when sentiment manifests as ambivalence rather than simply
optimism or pessimism.
With the exception of
volatility, the names used for the individual indices are largely
self-explanatory. The meaning of volatility in the Predictive Parameters™ is
taken from its usage in the financial markets (stocks, currencies, bonds, and
commodities). High volatility in the financial world is meant to imply the
manifestation of negative destabilizing forces that undermine continuity and
stability. The reader is invited to note its value when applying this index in
areas outside the financial arena.
Because the Predictive
Parameters™ are a new direction in prediction, they will undoubtedly be
subject to revisions and refinement in the years ahead. Input from users of this
new technology are always welcome and appreciated.
Lastly, life is not worth
living if one loses one’s sense of humor, which can occur easily in these
trying times. This is why, for example, the name of the Communications Index for
Week #2 is changed to the "Lying Politician Index," and why the name
of the Excitement / Anxiety Index in Week #25 is changed to the "Angst /
Forced ‘Enlightenment’ Index." The author directs those who would
suggest or demand an apology for redundancies like "Lying Politician"
to the writings of Mark Twain who said, "Suppose you were an idiot. And
suppose you were a member of Congress. But I repeat myself."
