No Doubt about it! No matter who wins, the presidential Election of 2000 will certainly be important historically !! (and I did predict at the workshop in Annapolis in October of 2000 and again at the workshop in Philadelphia in early November 2000 that George W. Bush would win.)
In the 2000 Annual, in the weekly forecasts for the week of the election mention was made of "surprising election results" and in the forecasts for the following week mention was made of possible "voting irregularities." These forecasts were written in the summer of 1999, long before Bush and Gore were chosen as candidates by their respective parties.
